General Terms and Conditions for Using the Online Store www.myadvance.shop
The following General Terms and Conditions govern the rules, methods, and conditions for the purchase and sale of goods through the electronic store located on the website myadvance.shop. These conditions constitute a contract between “Troya Flex” EOOD (hereinafter referred to as “We/Us”) and the users of the website (hereinafter referred to as “Client/You”). “Troya Flex” EOOD is a company registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Bulgaria with the following details: UIC: 204153052, Managing Director: Svetoslav Borisov, Address: Sofia, Samokovsko Shosse 2L, Boila Business Center, 4th floor, office 44, Website: www.myadvance.shop. By using this website, the Client agrees to these General Terms and Conditions, including the rules for privacy and personal data protection, which are an integral part of them.
Registration and Orders
The Client has the option to place an order for goods through the website with or without registration. When registering, the Client is required to provide accurate and truthful information necessary for fulfilling the orders. In case of changes to the data, the Client is obliged to update them in a timely manner. Orders are accepted through the electronic system of the website. After finalizing the order, the Client will receive confirmation at the email address provided.
Delivery Conditions
The delivery of ordered goods is carried out within 24 hours after the order is confirmed. Orders placed by 3:30 PM on working days will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM will be sent on the next working day. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday, or during official holidays will be processed and shipped on the first working day after them. The delivery cost is calculated separately and is not included in the product price.
Prices and Payments
All prices of goods on the website are in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made using the methods specified on the website, including cash on delivery or debit/credit card. In case of non-payment, “Troya Flex” EOOD reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the order.
Returns and Order Cancellation
All goods are sent with an option to review upon receipt from the supplier. The Client has the right to return a purchased item within 14 days from the date of receipt without stating a reason. Returned goods must be in their original condition, with no signs of use, and include all accompanying documents and packaging. Goods with opened protective stickers or used items are not accepted. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with all factory labels, stickers, and protective elements. To return an item, it is necessary to notify “Troya Flex” EOOD in advance using the contact details on the website. The costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed.
Personal Data Protection
“Troya Flex” EOOD collects, processes, and stores the personal data of Clients in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The provided personal data will be used solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders and improving service quality. The Client has the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting us through the contact forms on the website.
Liability
“Troya Flex” EOOD is not liable for any possible technical errors, omissions, or temporary interruptions in the operation of the website. In extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events, “Troya Flex” EOOD is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill orders.
Changes to the General Terms
“Troya Flex” EOOD reserves the right to change these General Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Clients are obliged to regularly familiarize themselves with the updated General Terms.
